Tree-sitter "Fresh" Again Visited by Cherry-picker - March 14, 2008 For Immediate Release - Contact: Ayr 510-938-2109 Tree-sitter "Fresh" Again Visited by Cherry-picker 11 am Rally Today to Insure His Safety UC Berkeley-The central campus tree-sit by "Fresh" with a message of democratizing the UC regents was again visited before light broke this morning by heavy equipment and police. Police arrested ground support people and with their cherry-picker truck took all of the tree-sitter's gear and food and water. They left when it started raining, but Fresh is left in the tree with only a space blanket.
